Our Coffee
We proudly serve our milk coffees on the Da Vila by Solace, our own coffee roasted in partnership with Made of Many in Stanmore.
Da Vila is a specialty blend from Espírito Santo, Brazil, exclusive to Solace. Sourced from five family-owned farms (Venda Nova, Castelo, Afonso Cláudio and Brejetuba Pinheiros Muniz Freire), this regional coffee features a washed and pulped-natural lot with mellow acidity, deep body and natural sweetness.
We are proud to have highly skilled baristas who expertly prepare our coffee to honour and highlight the unique flavours of each roast.
Our FOOD
Our menu is full of house-made goods, and uses seasonal and local produce. We take pride in using native Australian ingredients across our menu to create vibrant, flavour-packed, seasonal dishes.
