Our Coffee
We proudly serve our milk coffees on the Da Vila (The Village) by Solace, our own coffee roasted in partnership with Made of Many in Stanmore.
Da Vila is a specialty coffee from Espírito Santo, Brazil, exclusive to Solace. Sourced from the Fim Family in Caxixe Quente, Castelo, this regional coffee is a pulped-natural process lot with mellow acidity, deep body and natural sweetness.
Our black coffees includes our own Daybreak by Solace, plus a rotating selection of exceptional single origin coffees from carefully selected guest roasters.
Our FOOD
Our all-day menu focuses on elevated classics full of house-made goods. You’ll notice we use native Australian ingredients across our menu too, because they’re delicious, and should be as common as avocado on toast. Our chefs pride themselves on creating vibrant, flavour-packed, seasonal dishes for you to enjoy all day long, all year round.
